General Terms & Conditions
This site is owned by The Western Boot & Saddle Company Ltd. hereafter referred to as the Company.
Geographical Restrictions
The Company can only supply goods to the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Accuracy of Content
Every care has been taken with the content of this website, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT. The Company has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the products that appear on the website.
Password/Account Security
The Company shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account.
Availability
We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Errors on ordering
Errors can be corrected on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit".
Delivery
Delivery is normally within 7 -14 days, charges vary depending on location and order value. Delivery charges are not refundable.
Amendments and Cancellations

Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you wish to return goods, you can return items within 28 working days of delivery. Email our returns dept at the above address to obtain a returns number. The item must be in a re-saleable condition and returned to the Company suitably packaged using a Carrier who can provide a proof of delivery. If you'd like the item collected there'll be a £15 charge. If you no longer want the item, we'll give you a full refund for the cost of the items on receipt of the returned goods with the exception of special orders , where a re-stocking fee will be made.
